No Refunds, Only Credits: All marquee rentals are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in a credit for future use.
Event Date Confirmation: To qualify for a credit, please confirm your new event date at least 14 days prior to your original rental date. If this confirmation is not received by the deadline, no credit will be issued, as the marquee could have been booked by another customer.
Rebooking Limitations: You have 60 days from the date of cancellation or rebooking request to use your credit. Please note that credits cannot be used for a second rebooking. After 60 days, any remaining credit will expire.
